Robert E. Joyce is an attorney with nearly ten years of experience representing clients before the state and federal Courts of Maryland.  During law school, Mr. Joyce was a legal extern to then Senator Joe Biden of Delaware, now Vice President Joe Biden, and early in his career worked as an attorney at two prominent Baltimore law firms.
